The “Advancing Innovation in ECA 2007” conference is being jointly organized by the Information for Development Program (infoDev) of the World Bank, the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), and the ECAbit Network of Business Incubators and Technology Parks of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The conference aims to promote knowledge exchange on using business incubation as a tool for supporting local innovation and entrepreneurship in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ECA).
